A customer has the right to refuse the ordered goods of good quality at any time before receiving it, and after receiving it - within 7 days, not counting the day of purchase. Return of goods of proper quality is possible if its presentation, consumer properties, as well as a document confirming the fact and conditions of purchase of the specified goods are preserved.
If a customer refuses the goods, the online store returns the cost of the returned goods to him, except for the seller's expenses for the delivery of goods from the client to the online store and for the actual (and not declared on the site) delivery of the goods to the client.
A customer can return the product of inadequate quality to the manufacturer or seller and demand a refund of the amount paid during the warranty period or expiration date. The client also has the right to demand the replacement of goods of inadequate quality or the elimination of detected defects.
Refunds in both cases are made no later than 10 days from the date of receipt by the seller of the customer's written application for the return of the goods.
